Working With Us

How do I know which system or service is right for my business?

We recommend starting with a discovery call to learn about your goals, challenges, and growth plans. From there, we help you choose the right level of support based on where you are and where you want to go.

Do you work with businesses in all industries?

Yes. We work with a wide range of industries and organizations. Our systems are built around strategic marketing fundamentals that adapt well to nearly any field.

Do you require long term contracts?

Yes. Our systems operate on a 12-month agreement. Strong marketing takes time to build, test, optimize, and scale, and many of the strategies we implement need consistent momentum before they begin to produce meaningful traction. We work best with companies that have a long term vision for their marketing and their business, and this structure gives us the time and stability to take the right steps instead of rushing short term activity.

In certain circumstances, we offer a 6-month performance review provision. If progress is not meeting expectations at that point, we will evaluate adjustments or next steps together with full transparency. Our goal is always to create a partnership that supports sustainable growth and long term success.

What does onboarding look like?

Once you begin, we complete a structured onboarding process which includes account access, brand guidelines, content collection, initial strategy planning, and establishing your content and communication schedule.

Content, Social Media, and Creative Work

Who creates the content?

All content is created in-house by the TMC Marketing team. This includes copywriting, design, social posts, email campaigns, website work, and video editing.

Do I have to film or take photos for my content?

If you are local to the Kenosha, Wisconsin area or within a reasonable travel distance, we capture all the needed photos and video for you. If you are outside that range, we can travel to you for a standard travel fee, or we can guide you on what to capture on your end.

Can I request changes to content before it is posted?

Yes. All posts, emails, ads, and major deliverables go through an approval process before publishing unless you choose a hands off workflow.

How far in advance is content planned?

Most content is planned one to two weeks ahead with a monthly strategy meeting to align campaigns, messaging, and seasonal needs. This allows us to adapt to trends and publish content as changes occur within the business.

SEO, PPC, and Website Work

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO is a long-term strategy. Most clients begin seeing early movement within a few months, with stronger gains building over time. We focus on steady, compounding improvements rather than temporary spikes.

Can you edit or refresh my existing website?

We only offer full website rebuilds unless you are an active SEO client. For SEO clients, we support ongoing changes that directly impact search performance, provided your current web developer grants us access to your website's back end.

Do you manage Google and Meta ads?

Yes. Our PPC team manages Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms depending on your goals. We handle setup, optimization, targeting, and reporting.

Email Marketing and Automation

Do you write all the emails?

Yes. Our team handles strategy, copywriting, design, and automation setup. You can be as involved or hands-off as you prefer.

Can I switch plans later if my needs change?

Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your support level at any time, and we ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your ongoing campaigns.

Which platforms do you work in?

We work within your existing CRM or email platform or help you choose one if you do not already have a system. We support platforms used widely across service, professional, and local businesses.

Video and Photography

How far will your team travel for video or photography?

We provide on-site capture for clients within a reasonable distance of Kenosha, Wisconsin. For clients outside that area, we can travel for a standard travel fee that covers transportation and lodging.

Do you offer video editing only?

We do not take on standalone video projects using footage filmed by another company or by the client. All long-form or project-based videos must be filmed by our team so we can ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with your brand. If you have your own clips or photos for social media, we can incorporate them into short-form content as part of your ongoing social media support.

How many deliverables will I receive from a shoot?

The number of videos or photos depends on the package you choose. Every project includes a clear breakdown of expected deliverables before filming begins, but they can be negotiated during the contracting stage.

Systems and Support Levels

What is the difference between the Visibility, Growth, and Command Systems?

Visibility focuses on consistent marketing fundamentals. Growth expands into multi channel support and lead nurturing. Command functions like a full marketing department with high volume content, automation, and strategic leadership support.

Do systems include discounted rates on creative or additional work?

Yes. System clients receive preferred pricing on project-based services, including video production, additional content, and expanded ad campaigns.

What if I only need one specific service?

You can choose à la carte services if you prefer, but systems offer better long-term value and stronger results because everything works together.

Communication and Timelines

How often will we meet?

Meeting frequency depends on your system or service level. Visibility clients meet monthly, Growth clients meet biweekly, and Command clients meet biweekly or weekly, depending on needs.

How quickly do you respond to requests?

We ask that clients allow us two business days to complete any requests. We will typically respond to written inquiries within 24 hours. Command clients receive priority support.

What is included in your reporting?

You receive clear performance updates across the channels we manage. This may include analytics for social media, website activity, SEO, PPC, email, or campaign insights, depending on your service level.

Getting Started

How soon can we begin?

We typically begin onboarding within a few days of signing up. Timelines for websites, video projects, or automation builds will be clarified during your discovery call.

What information do you need from me to get started?

We request brand assets, account access, content examples, and your business goals. From there, we guide the entire process.

What happens after I sign up?

You enter our onboarding workflow where we set up your accounts, gather materials, develop your initial strategy, and prepare your first round of deliverables.
