Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Media Collective LLC, doing business as TMC Marketing ("TMC Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit marketingtmc.com, submit a form, or communicate with us. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect what we need to respond to you and improve our marketing, we never sell your information, and you can contact us anytime with questions.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and inquiry details: name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, website URL, and anything you include in a form message, email, or phone call.
  • Service interests: the services or systems you indicate interest in on our discovery call form.
  • Communication preferences: your consent choices for email and text messaging.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring site, approximate location (city or region level), device type, and browser, collected through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 4.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files placed on your device that support analytics, advertising measurement, and site functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • To provide and manage marketing services for clients
  • To send emails and, with your consent, text messages about our services, appointments, and updates
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve its content and performance
  • To measure and improve our own advertising campaigns
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

When you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms or otherwise agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive transactional messages (such as appointment reminders and account notifications) and, if separately agreed, marketing and promotional messages from TMC Marketing.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • SMS consent is never shared with or sold to third parties. Your phone number and texting consent are used only by TMC Marketing to communicate with you.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technology

We use the following third-party tools on this website:

  • Google Analytics 4: anonymized traffic and usage analytics. Learn more or opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Google Ads tag: conversion measurement and remarketing for our own advertising. Manage preferences in Google Ads Settings.
  • Meta Pixel: conversion measurement and audience building for our own advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Manage preferences in Meta Ad Preferences.
  • Platform tools: our website, forms, scheduling, and CRM run on the HighLevel (LeadConnector) platform, which processes form submissions and related usage data on our behalf.

You can also limit or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site features, such as forms and scheduling.

5. How We Share Information

We never sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that operate parts of our business on our behalf, such as our website and CRM platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), Google, and Meta, each bound by their own privacy and data protection terms
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to previously collected information

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We honor such requests regardless of your state of residence.
