Twelve months gives both sides the time to take the right steps instead of rushing short-term activity. In certain circumstances we offer a six-month performance review provision. If you need more flexibility, custom packages can run twelve months, six months case by case, or month-to-month with a setup fee.

A rebuild lets us guarantee all three, and you own the finished WordPress site outright. Active SEO clients are the exception: we make ongoing changes that support search performance, provided their current developer grants access.

In the first two to three weeks we collect access and materials, audit every channel, clean up tracking and agree a strategy with written benchmarks. Campaigns and content launch next, with strategy meetings every two weeks (monthly on Visibility) and your approval on everything that publishes. Formal check-ins happen at 30, 60 and 90 days, and the 90-day review sets the plan for the rest of the year.

No. Every account has a named point of contact, but strategy, campaigns and reporting run through documented frameworks inside accounts you own, so the work does not depend on one person. If your main contact is out, three other members of our in-house team can step in on your account. You talk directly to the strategists and specialists doing the work. Paid ads typically produce leads within two to four weeks of launch, and email automation starts working in the first month once there is a list and a follow-up sequence. SEO and AEO compound: expect movement in two to four months and real traffic changes in six to twelve. We set these benchmarks in writing at the start.
