Nick Brose is the Founder and CEO of TMC Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin. With a background spanning sales, finance, and over a decade in the hospitality industry — including a food and beverage management role at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa — Nick brings a uniquely versatile perspective to the marketing world. He studied Business with a minor in Music Industry at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh — exploring artist management, recording technology, and industry networking — where his passion for media and entrepreneurship first took shape.

Before launching TMC Marketing, Nick founded the TitanCast Podcast Network in 2019, growing it from five shows to a roster of fifteen. That venture evolved into the Titan Media Collective, and in February 2021, the digital marketing arm of the business officially launched as TMC Marketing. Drawing on professional experience at JPMorgan Chase, Staples, and years of hands-on client-facing work, Nick built the agency around a mission of delivering results-driven strategies in social media, SEO, web design, and paid advertising.

Deeply rooted in the Kenosha community, Nick is passionate about helping local and national businesses grow their digital presence. He holds certifications from HubSpot Academy in Social Media Marketing and Growth-Driven Design, and continues to lead TMC Marketing with an emphasis on innovation, transparency, and measurable impact.

Kelly Parissenti is the Director of Operations at TMC Marketing, where she oversees all operational aspects of the agency — from resource management and process optimization to maintaining the high standards of efficiency and client satisfaction that define the company. A founding member of TMC Marketing since its launch in February 2021, Kelly plays a central role in keeping the agency running smoothly behind the scenes.

Kelly brings nearly a decade of professional broadcast and event production experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she also studied journalism and served as a mentor in the Reynolds School of Journalism Mentorship Program. Her career in media spans an impressive range of organizations: from master control operations at PBS and athletic media at the University of Nevada, to a production internship with the San Francisco Giants and graphics work at Pac-12 Networks.

Kelly's experience also includes over eight years as an Events and Broadcast Producer at Cisco through Experis, where she produced large-scale live events and broadcasts, served as Executive Producer for Cisco TV, and led the production of Cisco Illuminate. Coordinating multi-building broadcasts with dozens of crew members, managing budgets, and delivering high-profile events for one of the world's largest technology companies has given Kelly an exceptional level of organizational discipline and production expertise that she brings to every aspect of TMC Marketing's operations.

Mike Hill is the Creative Director and a founding partner at TMC Marketing. A seasoned visual storyteller with over a decade of professional video production and post-production experience, Mike brings a cinematic eye and meticulous attention to detail to everything the agency creates. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production from Western Carolina University, where he developed the technical foundation that would define his career in visual media.

Mike's creative expertise has been shaped by more than ten years as a Senior Managing Video Editor for FGTeeV, one of the most-watched family entertainment channels on YouTube, where he specialized in producing high-performing content for audiences numbering in the millions. His deep experience in video editing, post-production workflows, content strategy, and creative problem-solving gives him the ability to turn raw footage into compelling stories across any platform or format.

At TMC Marketing, Mike leads the creative vision across all client projects — from brand identity and visual campaigns to video production and content design. His philosophy centers on the idea that great creative work should feel effortless to the viewer while being built on disciplined craft behind the scenes. As a partner in the business, Mike is instrumental in shaping both the agency's creative output and its long-term direction.

Megan Kranz is the Content Manager and lead photographer at TMC Marketing, where she develops and executes social media strategies across a diverse portfolio of client accounts while also serving as the agency's primary photographer. From campaign planning and content creation to community management and performance tracking, Megan ensures that every post, story, and reel aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she graduated with above a 3.5 GPA and earned Dean's List recognition. She also completed an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Harper College, where she was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. Her path to TMC Marketing began with a digital marketing internship at Workspace Digital in Chicago, followed by joining TMC first as an intern in 2023 before being promoted to Content Manager in 2024.

Over the past two years, Megan has grown into a skilled professional photographer, shooting headshots, portraits, and a range of other photography for TMC and its clients. She also has a passion for fire photography, regularly capturing fire department training exercises and recruit programs across southeastern Wisconsin — documenting the intensity and teamwork of first responders in action. Her combination of marketing acumen, creative eye behind the lens, and genuine curiosity makes her an essential part of the TMC Marketing team.

Kit Gagnon is the Digital Marketing Intern at TMC Marketing, where they contribute to social media strategy and content development, brand research, visual identity projects, and website design updates. Since joining the team in December 2025, Kit has quickly become involved across multiple facets of the agency's work — from scheduling and creating social media content to conducting competitive analysis that informs branding and campaign decisions.

Kit is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Certificate in Design and Digital Fabrication. Their academic work spans branding, UI/UX design, typography, and hands-on fabrication techniques including laser cutting and 3D printing. At UWM, Kit has also served as a Resident Assistant and led the Art & Design Living Learning Community, organizing creative events and designing community branding materials for groups of up to 700 students.

With a strong foundation in both digital and physical design, Kit brings a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for visual storytelling to TMC Marketing. Their combination of graphic design expertise, collaborative leadership experience, and eagerness to learn makes them a valuable and growing contributor to the team.
