TMC Marketing didn't start in a marketing department. It started in the trenches of hospitality management, sales floors, and late nights building something from scratch. That operational DNA is why we build systems instead of selling campaigns.
Proudly headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin
Before TMC Marketing existed, founder Nick Brose launched TitanCast in 2019, a podcast network that grew from five shows to fifteen. What began as a media experiment quickly revealed a bigger opportunity: the small and mid-sized businesses Nick was meeting through the network all shared the same problem. They were spending money on marketing, but nobody was connecting the dots.
In February 2021, the Titan Media Collective officially launched its digital marketing division. Nick brought in Mike Hill as Creative Director and Kelly Parissenti as Director of Operations, and the three of them built the foundation of what TMC Marketing is today: a single team that replaces the scattered mix of freelancers, agencies, and DIY tools that most growing businesses are stuck managing.
Today, TMC Marketing operates as a full marketing department replacement for businesses across the United States. Every service, from SEO and social media to paid ads and video production, is executed by an in-house U.S.-based team under one strategy and one set of goals.
Most agencies sell services. TMC Marketing builds systems. That distinction is the reason our clients get compounding results instead of isolated wins.
Every channel (SEO, social, PPC, email, video, web) is managed by one team under one strategy. No handoffs, no vendor gaps, no conflicting priorities.
Every recommendation is backed by performance data. Monthly dashboards track the metrics that matter to your business. No vanity numbers, no guesswork.
You own every asset, account, and piece of content we create. Full transparency, full access, and nothing held hostage. If you leave, everything goes with you.
The people behind the strategy, the creativity, and the results.

TMC Marketing was founded by Nick Brose in February 2021 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It grew out of the TitanCast podcast network, which Nick launched in 2019. That media venture evolved into the Titan Media Collective before the digital marketing division officially launched. Nick's background in sales, finance, and hospitality management shaped the agency's operational approach to marketing.
Yes. All strategy, content creation, creative production, and campaign management are completed by an internal U.S.-based team. TMC Marketing does not outsource to freelancers or overseas contractors. You always know who is working on your account, and quality stays consistent.
TMC Marketing is headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but serves businesses across the United States. The team operates remotely, which allows TMC Marketing to attract specialized talent without geographic limitations while keeping every team member in the same time zone framework.
TMC Marketing is an 8x Kenosha Community Votes Platinum Award winner and maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The agency is also a member of the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, South Suburban Chamber of Commerce, and Summerfest Business Alliance.
TMC Marketing builds unified marketing systems, not isolated campaigns. Instead of selling individual services, the agency operates as a complete marketing department replacement, managing SEO, social media, paid ads, email, video, and website design under one strategy with one team. This eliminates the coordination gaps that come with managing multiple vendors.
Yes. While TMC Marketing is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the system works for businesses anywhere in the United States. Strategy, execution, and reporting happen through the same centralized system regardless of the client's location.
